Reservations & confirmations

Our room rates are quoted per room per night.

To confirm and guarantee a booking, credit card details are saved securely at the time of booking. 

  • Payment is accepted by valid credit or valid debit card.                       
  • Full payment will be taken two full days before arrival date .
  • To avoid automatic booking cancellation, please ensure that your credit card details are valid.                                                                                                 
  • Any charges to your room during your stay must be settled upon departure

Cancellations

If the booking is cancelled, for whatever reason,  less than 2 days before arrival, then a charge equal to the first night of the stay will be made.   Payments are non-transferable.

Guests are strongly advised to protect themselves against any unforeseen circumstances and consequent cancellation charges, by taking out suitable holiday/travel insurance

Check-in/Check-out

Rooms are generally available from 3.00pm on the designated day of arrival. Guests arriving earlier can have their rooms made available, at the discretion of the management and provided that the rooms are cleaned and ready for occupation.
Guests expecting to arrive after 10.00pm are asked to notify the Hotel at the time of booking or as soon as possible thereafter, with their expected time of arrival.
Please note that Guests who do not arrive before 10pm, on the expected day of arrival and who have not notified late arrival, will be deemed to have cancelled their booking and will be subject to the cancellation charges set out above.
Guests are required to vacate their rooms by 10.30am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. Your bill is payable on departure

General Terms & Conditions

Accuracy

Information, including photographs, given in our leaflets and publicity material is given in good faith as a fair and accurate representation of the Hotel and its facilities, and is regularly reviewed and updated.

Information therein is given for guidance only, and does not form any part of the contract between the Hotel and its Guests. From time to time, facilities and events may have to be withdrawn or altered due to repair or maintenance, adverse weather conditions, legislation changes or other factors outside our control. Whilst every attempt will be made to minimise any inconvenience to Guests, we reserve the right to take appropriate action within prior notice and are unable to accept liability for any such action.

Breakages and Damages

Guests are expected to take reasonable care in their use of the Hotel accommodation and facilities and are responsible and liable for any damage caused, which must be reported immediately or as soon as practicable to a member of staff, particularly if it is liable to cause a health & safety problem.
We do not normally charge for minor accidental breakages, but will reserve to right to charge you if damage is significant, or caused by misuse or negligence, or not reported.

CCTV

In the interests of the security of Guests and staff, CCTV is in operation in the main public areas of the hotel and video recordings may be made.

Complaints

We recognise that even in the best-run hotels, complaints may occasionally arise and it is our aim to settle complaints as quickly as possible, and to the satisfaction of our Guests. With this in mind, we ask our Guests to proceed as follows

  • Bring the complaint to the notice of a member of staff immediately, or as soon as practicable.
  • If you are dissatisfied with the result, or speed of response, please contact the Duty Manager (ess).
  • If you are still dissatisfied , the Duty Manager(ess) will ask you to fill in a Complaint Form so that the facts are on record, and the complaint will be dealt with by the General Manager, or one of the owners.

None of the above affects your statutory rights.

Data Protection

It is the policy of Park Manor Hotel to respect the privacy of guests, and not to sell or pass on any personal details provided by them.

Health & Safety

Guests must at all times take proper precautions to protect their own health and safety, and that of any of their party for whom they have responsibility, particularly minors. Guests must comply with the statutory regulations, and displayed Hotel notices including but not limited to, those concerning fire, emergency procedures, smoking and licencing regulations.

It should be noted that the pool complex is not supervised and guests using it do so at their own risk, and are responsible for their own safety and that of any dependent people, particularly minors, in their care. The displayed pool rules must be observed.

Liability

Park Manor Hotel does not accept any responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained by any Guest, either to their persons or property, including vehicles, unless it can be proven to be caused by negligence on the part of the Hotel owners or its employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of their employment.

No liability is assumed nor any compensation due for any curcumstances outside the control of Park Manor Hotel, including, without limitation, wars or the threat of wars, riots, strikes or industrial disputes and action, terrorist activity, natural disasters including floods, earthquakes or subsidence, nuclear disasters, extreme weather conditions and their result, Acts of God, or any other event or circumstance with consequences that could not have been avoied even if all proper care had been taken.

Pets

We regret that no pets are permitted in any part of the hotel.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in bedrooms, public areas, the pool complex or other point within the hotel. The Hotel does not have a designated Smoking Area.
